4 Venues we love

As a catering company, our staff and students get to see and experience a lot of different companies related to the hospitality industry. We have a great relationship with a variety of different venues in the Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma area and wanted to feature four of those venues in today’s blog.

Each venue offers unique amenities and atmosphere to match the mood and style of your event, be it a wedding, private party, corporate event, or another special occasion. Each venue will have its own rules and regulations so be careful to examine those for each one.

Each one of these venues has wonderful staff members who go out of their way to accommodate the caterers as well as all vendors. Catering kitchens at each site are well arranged and easy to work in which makes it easy for make sure the food is at it’s best for the event.

Spain Ranch-Jenks

Spain Ranch has many unique qualities including one-of-a-kind facilities. Both its all-white and all-black barns are the first and only barns of their type in all of Oklahoma. They also feature unique and beautiful outdoor facilities for weddings and other events.

Moore Farms Rustic Weddings & Event Barns-Pryor

As their own website says, Moore Farms is on “146 of the 1,000 beautiful acres that just said, ‘Make me prettier, keep me rustic and share with someone else.’” What was originally intended to provide a weekend getaway quickly became popular for a wide variety of events and the business became Moore Farms Rustic Wedding Venue and Events.

Moore Farms has a variety of venues available including the Hitching Barn, Rustic Pavilion, Timberline Barn, Brides Cabin, Grooms Bunkhouse, and an outside pergola with several ponds on the property.

Besides weddings, Moore Farms is also recommended for events such as:

The Springs-Skiatook Lake

The Springs Event Venue has locations throughout Oklahoma and Texas. The venue we’ve worked with is the Tulsa-area location at Skiatook Lake.

This location has a facility that allows for customized outdoor weddings, or beautiful weddings in their venue, which also has reception space. They specialize in weddings and have all you need from the planning services to the gorgeous facilities.

The Glass Chapel-Broken Arrow

The Glass Chapel is both conveniently located in town and a beautiful escape to nature. Its 17 acres are beautifully wooded and a perfect spot for your wedding or other special events. The historic renovated property features a glass reception hall, rustic arbor, and botanical gardens. The facilities are perfect for both indoor and outdoor celebrations. Their website features weddings and elopements, and they offer a variety of packages.
