Carolyn J. Piguet of Piguet’s Prime Time a part of Fall Launch Class 2019

Mother Road Market

Carolyn J. Piguet has had a busy fall working with the staff of the Launch Program at the Mother Road Market. The Mother Road Market is Tulsa’s first food hall and is made possible by the Taylor/Lobeck Foundation. The Launch program provides legal advice, marketing, pricing, advertising as well as networking to food entrepreneurs. Mrs. Piguet was selected to attend the class through an interview process and was one of nine participants in the class. Class membership also allows the use of the Mother Road Market Kitchen 66 as well as the Take Over Kitchen for food entrepreneurs to launch their products or projects to the attendants at the food hall. Piguet’s Prime Time has participated in a sampling event, and a “Steak Under the Stars at the Mother Road, both have been very successful. Plans are made to participate in the Take Over Kitchen as well as place some products in the General Store. “The Mother Road Market is a wonderful opportunity for foodies in all aspects – check it out!”
