A Tale of 4 Events

Catering Spread example

In early October, we had a record-setting day where we catered four events at four locations!

It was a busy but fantastic day, with four crews going in four different directions. Each event went off great, with no mess-ups! At Piguet’s Catering, it doesn’t matter how big or small the event is. Our crews ensure that each event is treated as the most important thing in that moment. We want all event guests to feel treated and fed well, whether it’s a crowd of 250 or 25. It took a lot of planning to get the logistics for four events arranged, but we are so proud of how well our crews managed the details!

Let’s take a look at the different events from that day:

Our first event was a wedding reception at Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa. The reception was for about 250 people and it included a charcuterie table, smoked meats, and shrimp. Cain’s Ballroom is in the heart of Tulsa’s Arts District and is a great venue for events!

The second event was another wedding but a completely different style! This time, the nuptials were at the Moore Farms Rustic Weddings & Event Barns in Pryor. This event venue is gorgeous! This wedding was a full menu for about 250. It included Cowboy Candy, chicken, sides, and salads.

Our next two events that day were both reunions for Vinita High School. Each event had between 50 and 60 people, and the menu included smoked tri-tip, Santa Fe chicken, and sides.

The Class of 1979 hosted their reunion at the Vinnie Ream Cultural Center in Vinita, which is a place for the “community to celebrate our heritage through the arts and humanities.” The two-story brownstone house is on the corner of Ross and Canadian.

The Class of 1984 hosted their reunion at the American Legion, which is another great place!

At Piguet’s Catering, we love working with a variety of clients on a wide array of events. From weddings to reunions to corporate events, we build custom menus that fit each client’s needs. Give us a call to discuss your next group gathering!
